📝 Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and marketing-minded Virtual Assistant to support and grow the marketing function at a purpose-led business focused on sustainability and impact.


You’ll work closely with the Impact Director and CEO — starting with clear guidance and collaboration, and gradually taking ownership of marketing workflows as you grow into the role.

This is a long-term position for someone who understands the fundamentals of digital marketing and wants to help shape a brand that matters. You’ll support our content, SEO, social media, funnel optimisation, and lead tracking efforts across platforms.

🛠 Key Tasks

Website & SEO Support

• Upload content to our WordPress (Kadence) site

• Identify content gaps and SEO opportunities

• Fix broken links and improve internal linking

• Use Google Search Console and GA4 for tracking

• Publish new content and case studies

Sales Funnel & Lead Magnet Support

• Set up and test lead capture points (popups, CTAs, forms)

• Coordinate landing pages, info packs, and nurture content

• Monitor and report on conversions across channels

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Design simple reels/stories using Canva or CapCut

• Track engagement and summarise performance

• Test content formats for better reach and conversion

Content Systems & Research
• Maintain a structured content calendar

• Repurpose blogs, testimonials, and FAQs

• Systematise content reuse across all channels


CRM & Lead Tracking

• Tag and segment leads

• Track lead source and conversion stages

• Suggest improvements to nurture sequences and automations


✅ Requirements

• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and CRM systems

• Confident using WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, Meta tools

• Strategic thinker with strong written English

• Detail-oriented and a clear communicator

• Stable internet + ability to work independently

• Interest in sustainability and purpose-driven work
