Steven Greffe - Founder
FindMyVA was founded by Steven Greffe, an educator-turned-entrepreneur who discovered firsthand how powerful the right virtual assistant can be.
After a decade teaching around the world and launching multiple businesses - including in real estate - Steven hired a Filipino VA to take on the repetitive tasks. It was a turning point. With day-to-day work off his plate, he could focus on what mattered most.
It was a mindset shift - from doing it all alone to achieving more with the right support. Realising this breakthrough could transform other business owners’ lives, Steven founded FindMyVA to connect them with skilled, reliable Filipino VAs.
Steven brings a global perspective (born in Paris, raised in Brisbane) and speaks several languages, but his true fluency lies in
connecting people and helping businesses thrive.
Stefan Hosi - Co-Founder
Stefan is the acting CEO and co-founder of FindMyVA, where he brings a rare combination of strategic vision and technical depth.
With a background in investment management and a passion for building scalable, systems-driven businesses, he leads the continuous improvement of both our operations and hiring processes.
Working closely with our development team, Stefan helps shape the end-to-end experience — from how we attract and assess top-tier VAs, to how we deliver a seamless, satisfying journey for both clients and assistants.
He brings a relentless commitment to quality and is deeply focused on ensuring that every outcome meets the high standards our clients and VAs deserve.
